Technology Solutions Consultant

About the role

New World Technologies (NWT) is looking for an energetic Technology Solutions Consultant to drive business growth across Oman. You will work closely with clients in government, education, healthcare and the private sector, helping them adopt innovative technology solutions that improve performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Oman.
• Build and nurture relationships with government entities, educational institutions, healthcare providers, training organisations and private‑sector clients.
• Generate qualified leads, maintain an active sales pipeline and conduct market research to spot emerging opportunities.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their needs and deliver compelling presentations and solution discussions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business cases in collaboration with technical teams.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, identify upsell opportunities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting or client relationship management.
• Experience in technology, education, healthcare, engineering or training sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
