Tendering Specialist – Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Tendering Specialist will join TATWEER LIMITED in Muscat to lead the end‑to‑end tendering process for its real‑estate development portfolio. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the preparation, submission and analysis of proposals, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents.
• Develop procurement plans and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Analyse received bids, evaluate supplier capabilities and recommend award decisions.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain compliance with Oman tender board regulations.
• Provide detailed analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tender management and proposal writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• Experience in real‑estate, consulting, contracting or investment sectors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
