Training Academy Manager

About the role

Xtraining Academy is looking for a results‑driven Training Academy Manager to lead the growth, sales and overall performance of the Academy from day one. The role combines business development, partnership building and high‑quality delivery of training solutions tailored to the Omani market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue generation and achieve sales targets through client acquisition and market expansion.
• Develop and execute growth strategies, including new product offerings and geographic outreach.
• Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with corporate, government and private sector organisations.
• Oversee the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes to meet market demand.
• Lead a team of trainers and support staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the Omani training sector.

Required profile

• Proven track record in growing training, education, L&D or professional services businesses.
• Strong commercial mindset with extensive networking capabilities in Oman.
• Established relationships across corporate, government and private sectors.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Experience managing or developing a training academy or similar organisation.
