Account Executive – Food (Sohar, Oman)

About the role

As an Account Executive – Food at Snoonu, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with food partners across Oman. You will act as the main point of contact, helping partners succeed on the platform while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of food partners throughout Oman, ensuring strong communication and engagement.
• Onboard, train, and support partners to adopt the platform effectively.
• Address day‑to‑day partner requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly.
• Monitor partner performance, analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Prepare account updates, reports, and insights for business decisions.
• Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
