Account Manager – Partner Success

About the role

Join Snoonu’s Commercial Team in Oman as an Account Manager, responsible for growing and nurturing relationships with restaurant, retail and service partners on the Snoonu platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, driving performance and ensuring partner success.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail and service partners across the region.
• Monitor partner performance metrics (orders, GMV, ratings) and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns and menu updates with partners to boost sales.
• Resolve partner issues, escalations and operational challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular business reviews to align on targets and growth plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to support partner success.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, partner success or client relationship roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable analysing performance metrics and making actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage a large portfolio simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
