Administration Manager – Employee Welfare & Public Relations

About the role

The Administration Manager will lead employee welfare services and public‑relations functions, ensuring seamless coordination of internal services, external stakeholder engagement, and well‑being initiatives. This role supports a compliant, efficient workplace while enhancing the organization’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee welfare and public‑relations strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the department through planning, governance, performance management and team development.
• Oversee daily operations of welfare programs, travel services, vehicle and driver management, hospitality, and document handling.
• Manage medical insurance, social activities, awareness campaigns and work‑life‑balance initiatives.
• Coordinate visas, permits, and official documentation for foreign staff.
• Maintain relationships with government entities, embassies, and external partners.
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, financial performance and compliance with policies.
• Negotiate with vendors, explore partnerships and drive continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in managing multi‑functional teams.
• Strong planning, governance and performance‑management capabilities.
• Experience in employee welfare, public‑relations or corporate services.
• Ability to work across HR, safety, facilities and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
