Analytics & Reporting Officer

About the role

The Analytics & Reporting Officer will support the Corporate Banking division by designing, managing, and maintaining a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS). The role ensures data accuracy, delivers actionable insights, and drives operational efficiency across the department.

Key responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and interactive dashboards to aid strategic decision‑making.
• Perform scenario analyses to anticipate market trends and evaluate business outcomes.
• Create detailed performance reports for senior management covering business performance, operational efficiency, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with IT and external vendors to integrate new data collection and reporting systems.
• Test, troubleshoot, and implement MIS upgrades while ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, conduct regular audits, and mitigate data‑related risks.
• Design KPIs and performance scorecards, monitor unit performance against benchmarks, and provide variance analysis with corrective recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to cross‑functional projects focused on data‑driven innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Act as liaison between Corporate Banking and other departments, advising managers on leveraging MIS data.
• Prepare regulatory reports in line with local and international standards and stay abreast of regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advanced data analytics, modeling, and reporting within a corporate banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of MIS design, data governance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
