Area Sales Supervisor – Retail Operations

About the role

The Area Sales Supervisor will manage day‑to‑day operations of multiple retail stores across Oman, ensuring sales targets are met, brand standards are upheld, and customers enjoy a premium shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, visual merchandising, and compliance of several retail outlets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, KPIs and implement action plans to drive revenue growth.
• Coach and develop Store Managers and sales teams, handling recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service, resolve complaints and maintain luxury brand standards.
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, loss‑prevention and coordinate with supply‑chain teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and collaborate with Retail Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field (preferred).
• 4–6 years retail operations experience, with at least 2 years supervising multiple stores.
• Background in perfumes, fragrances, beauty or luxury retail is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Experience in the Oman or GCC retail market is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with retail POS or ERP systems.
