Sales Operations Manager

About the role

The Sales Operations Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Masqat, Oman. You will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving forecasting, pipeline management and process optimisation to support revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.
• Analyse performance metrics and implement tools and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales teams and cross‑functional departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
• Monitor service standards, ensure accurate documentation and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in building‑materials sales (tiles, grout, waterproofing, adhesives, epoxy, coatings, paints, construction chemicals).
• Managed a sales team, achieved branch targets and revenue goals.
• Strong market knowledge of Oman, valid Omani driving licence and ability to meet customers and vendors.
• Analytical, operations‑management and customer‑service skills with excellent communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance or related field; advanced qualifications a plus.
