Assistant Wealth Advisor

About the role

The Assistant Wealth Advisor supports the growth of the bank’s Wealth Management business by deepening relationships with existing high‑net‑worth clients, identifying new revenue opportunities, and helping to launch tailored investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the Wealth Management strategy for ABO clients, analysing needs, market trends and investment opportunities.
• Support the introduction and promotion of new wealth‑management products and services aligned with client goals and risk appetite.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to increase assets under management and generate sustainable fee income.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and key market stakeholders.
• Apply a structured sales process from prospecting to closing while ensuring follow‑up and client satisfaction.
• Deliver personalized advice, proactive communication and timely resolution of client queries.
• Maintain strong knowledge of wealth‑management products, global markets and financial instruments to provide sound recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies in all client interactions.
• Document client meetings, sales calls and business‑development activities for performance tracking.
• Drive process improvement through automation and digital solutions where needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Wealth Management.
