Business Development Team Lead – GCC Market

About the role

The Business Development Team Lead will head a group of Business Development Managers focused on expanding Libertex’s presence across the GCC region. Reporting to senior management, you will drive partner acquisition, manage key relationships and ensure the team meets ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Business Development Managers targeting the GCC market.
• Set individual and team sales targets aligned with regional objectives and monitor performance.
• Design and execute strategies to recruit Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and institutional partners.
• Provide training on market trends, sales techniques and Libertex’s product suite.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline onboarding and improve partner experience.
• Analyse team metrics, prepare reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Represent Libertex at expos, conferences and client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development within the GCC, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of building and motivating high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of GCC financial markets, IB networks and trading regulations.
