Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead Takatuf Oman in delivering its vision, mission and strategic objectives. Reporting to the Steering Committee, the CEO provides visionary leadership, drives sustainable growth and ensures long‑term value creation for shareholders, clients, employees and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s vision, mission and long‑term strategy aligned with shareholder expectations.
• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, business plans and corporate objectives.
• Foster a high‑performance culture emphasizing accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Provide executive leadership to the management team and coordinate across all business functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Steering Committee, shareholders, clients, regulators and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles, laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Drive business growth through market expansion, partnerships, innovation and new service development.
• Oversee financial sustainability, budgeting, resource optimization and investment decisions.
• Lead enterprise risk management and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Manage organizational transformation to keep the company agile and competitive.
• Monitor performance, service quality, customer satisfaction and key performance indicators.
• Develop executive leadership capabilities through coaching, succession planning and talent development.
• Represent the organization with government entities, investors, media and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Visionary, results‑driven executive with a proven track record in organizational transformation and business improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with boards, shareholders, government bodies and strategic partners.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
