Civil & MEP Supervisor

About the role

Al-Hathaifa Group is looking for an experienced Civil & MEP Supervisor to manage construction, renovation and building maintenance projects in Muscat, Oman. The role covers site inspections, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tender submissions, site supervision, project execution and final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Site inspections and supervision of civil works, renovations and maintenance projects
• Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates and quotations
• Tender submission and project execution
• Final handover of completed works

Required profile

• 7 to 10 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years of work experience in Oman
• Hands-on experience in villa construction, renovation and building maintenance
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and MEP maintenance
• Valid Oman driving licence preferred
