Corporate Sales Manager – Hypermarket (B2B / FMCG)

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead B2B initiatives for a hypermarket operating in Oman, focusing on bulk sales across grocery, fresh, non‑food and seasonal categories. You will develop new corporate relationships, manage key accounts and drive revenue through tenders, contracts and digital ordering platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard corporate clients such as ministries, oil & gas firms, construction companies, hotels, airlines, schools, hospitals and banks.
• Develop and manage bulk sales channels, negotiate contract‑based agreements and explore partnership opportunities.
• Maintain and grow key accounts, customize product assortments, and ensure high retention through service excellence.
• Participate in government and private tenders, prepare commercial proposals, negotiate SLAs, credit terms and rebate structures.
• Design pricing strategies for bulk customers while protecting margins and coordinate with buying teams for special pricing.
• Collaborate with store operations, warehouse and logistics to guarantee order fulfillment and last‑mile delivery.
• Drive corporate ordering through e‑commerce channels, develop voucher systems and monitor online sales performance.
• Track sales targets, margins, receivables and DSO, reporting on pipeline and account performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in hypermarket, FMCG or distribution environments.
• Proven track record handling bulk sales, tenders and corporate contracts.
• Strong network within GCC corporate and government sectors.
