About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Server to join our team at Thalassa Greek Restaurant in Muscat. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from greeting to farewell.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, checking for guest satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and orderly tables and dining areas.
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in 5‑star hotels or luxury restaurants.
- Proven background in food & beverage service.
- Strong understanding of guest relations and customer service.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Open to candidates residing in Oman or international applicants.
