Java Technical Consultant (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a Java Technical Consultant to join our on‑site team and support the Municipality’s digital services. The consultant will design, develop, and implement business scenarios using the i‑Support and JTF frameworks while ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design solutions for new e‑services and customize i‑Support web forms.
• Develop web forms (JSP, HTML/HTML5), Java forms.NET components, web services, and reports in HTML and PDF.
• Perform full testing of customized solutions and support UAT for system upgrades.
• Coordinate with Oracle Metalink for CRM and revenue‑related issues.
• Handle data migration and integration tasks, defining and creating required APIs.
• Provide knowledge transfer to the Municipality team and deliver 24/7 support when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience with i‑Support and JTF programming frameworks.
• Strong background in Java development and .NET technologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle CRM, data migration, and system integration.
• Ability to work on‑site and provide after‑hours support.
