Junior .NET Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior .NET Developer to join Thawani Technologies’ engineering team and help build secure backend services for our fintech platform. The role offers hands‑on experience with .NET Core, RESTful APIs and database development in a fast‑growing, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable C# code following SOLID and clean‑code principles.
• Design, develop and maintain .NET Core REST APIs for fintech services.
• Build data access layers using MS SQL Server and ORMs such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper.
• Integrate external systems via REST and SOAP APIs, handling authentication methods like JWT.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, QA engineers and fellow developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, UAT and production environments.
• Apply secure coding practices aligned with the OWASP Top 10.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of backend development experience using the .NET framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
