Medical Sales Specialist

About the role

MEDCARE ME OMAN is seeking a full‑time Medical Sales Specialist to join its Muscat office. You will promote and sell a portfolio of medical devices and solutions to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare institutions.
• Identify customer needs, provide technical and product support, and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
• Visit hospitals and clinics regularly, manage a sales pipeline, and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms in line with company guidelines and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and after‑sales service.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using company systems.

Required profile

• Strong medical and hospital sales experience, preferably with medical devices or healthcare solutions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities to engage healthcare professionals.
• Foundational understanding of medicine or clinical environments.
• Proven track record in territory management, pipeline development and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business or a related field.
• Comfortable working in hospitals and clinical settings with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Muscat and surrounding areas.
• Prior experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector in Oman or the GCC is an advantage.
