Nintex K2 Senior Business System Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with deep expertise in Nintex and K2 to support the delivery of enterprise applications, digital platforms and integration initiatives. The role will span the full software development life‑cycle, from analysis and design through testing, deployment and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analysis, lead requirements‑elicitation workshops and produce Business Requirement Documents, functional specifications and use cases.
• Perform gap analysis, ensure traceability between business needs and system implementation, and review changes for alignment with objectives.
• Support solution design discussions, define integration requirements (APIs, data exchange, workflow automation) and assist in evaluating vendor proposals.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing, facilitate communication between business users and technical teams, and provide analytical support during issue resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes, quality standards and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst in an IT environment, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering high‑quality documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors and third‑party providers.
