Odoo Specialist – ERP Implementation & Optimization

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Specialist to lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing development of our Odoo ERP system across multiple business functions. The role involves translating operational requirements into efficient Odoo workflows and ensuring high user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, customise and optimise Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects, Invoicing, Approvals).
• Analyse existing processes, recommend improvements and design automated workflows.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.
• Support data migration, system testing, implementation and post‑go‑live troubleshooting.
• Create reports, dashboards and management analytics to aid decision‑making.
• Train end‑users, maintain access controls and document configurations.
• Facilitate integration between Odoo and other business applications.
• Monitor new Odoo releases and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP, preferably Odoo Enterprise.
• Proven experience implementing Odoo in multi‑company environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑department collaboration.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (configuration, customisation, workflow design).
• Odoo Studio.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with XML and API integrations.
