About the role
Our customer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery across landscaping, facilities management, community management, or public realm projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and client relationships.
- Oversee KPIs, manpower planning, and overall service delivery.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in relevant sectors.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
