About the role

Our customer is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead service delivery across landscaping, facilities management, community management, or public realm projects.

Key responsibilities

Manage large teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Oversee KPIs, manpower planning, and overall service delivery.

Required profile

10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in relevant sectors.
Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
