Skilled Maintenance Workers – Plumbing, Masonry, Painting & Carpentry

About the role

Burjline Builders is seeking experienced maintenance professionals for a facilities maintenance project in Muscat, Oman. Candidates can apply for one of four trades – plumber, mason, painter, or carpenter – and must indicate their preferred position.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain water‑supply, drainage systems, pipes, valves, pumps, sanitary fixtures and water tanks.
• Perform blockwork, plastering, tiling, concrete repair and minor civil works, as well as repair of walls, floors and damaged surfaces.
• Carry out interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, sanding, putty application and touch‑up work.
• Repair and install doors, cabinets, partitions, ceilings and furniture, working with wood, laminates and standard carpentry tools.

Required profile

• Relevant trade certification or technical training (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in airports, hotels, hospitals, commercial or industrial facilities.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and respond to urgent requests.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures and proper tool use.
