Outdoor Sales Executive – Project Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our Project Department and drive the growth of our residential and commercial project portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring new projects and building strong relationships with contractors, consultants and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract residential and commercial projects such as villas, buildings and hotels.
• Generate business opportunities for kitchens, doors, windows and cabinets.
• Visit contractors, consultants and developers to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients to present our solutions.
• Transfer qualified project opportunities to the Project Department and follow up on their progress.
• Submit weekly reports detailing visits, meetings and identified project opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in outdoor sales.
• Valid driving licence (mandatory).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong network with contractors and consultants is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated with strong field‑sales capabilities.
