Property Consultant (Muscat)

About the role

Jiwak is seeking a full‑time Property Consultant to join its Muscat office. You will guide prospective buyers and investors through property selection, investment decisions, and purchase processes, acting as the primary liaison between clients, agencies, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and engage with prospective buyers and investors on‑site.
• Present suitable properties, explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with real‑estate agencies and developers.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up to support client decision‑making.
• Prepare proposals, update client records, and assist in closing sales.
• Provide market insights on local and international real‑estate opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities to understand client needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation with professionalism.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in real‑estate, with a record of meeting targets.
• Knowledge of Muscat’s real‑estate market and transaction processes.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple client engagements, and keep accurate documentation.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, real‑estate, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
