About the role
Bayan Oman is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive property sales in Muscat. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on generating leads, nurturing client relationships and closing real‑estate transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients for property sales.
- Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Promote and present properties, conduct tours and negotiate deals.
- Prepare sales documentation and contracts.
- Monitor market trends and conduct research to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns.
- Travel within the region as needed, using a valid Omani driver’s license.
Required profile
- Proven sales and negotiation ability with a track record of closing deals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Good understanding of real‑estate market dynamics and research capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a results‑driven environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
- Prior experience in real‑estate sales preferred.
- Valid Omani driver’s license and willingness to travel.
