Relationship Manager – Private Banking

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Private Banking is responsible for growing the bank’s portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional clients. The role focuses on delivering tailored private‑banking solutions while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales volume and profitability targets for the assigned market segment.
• Develop new business relationships with HNWI and institutions through proactive outreach.
• Provide superior client service, assess risk tolerance and recommend optimal product solutions.
• Maintain and monitor client accounts, ensuring diversification and compliance with bank policies.
• Track market trends, generate regular reports and advise senior management on opportunities.
• Achieve individual, departmental and bank‑wide goals through active participation in sales programs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Banking, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a banking relationship role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, marketing and analytical techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
