About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our real‑estate sales operations in Muscat. This full‑time, on‑site role is responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily sales activities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Manage client relationships and guide prospective buyers through the property purchase process.
- Identify market opportunities and trends to inform sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Ensure high‑quality service delivery and long‑term client satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven sales skills, including client relationship management, negotiation, and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of real‑estate markets, property trends, and sales cycles.
- Strategic planning and goal‑setting abilities with a focus on results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team leadership and motivational capabilities.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Required skills
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Experience with sales management tools.
