Scrum Master – Agile Team Facilitator

About the role

The Scrum Master serves as a servant‑leader and coach, ensuring the Scrum team understands and applies Scrum theory, practices, and rules. By facilitating key ceremonies and removing impediments, the role creates an environment for high productivity and self‑management.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s progress, including technical and resource dependencies.
• Coach the team on self‑organization, cross‑functionality and adherence to Scrum best practices.
• Act as a shield for the development team, managing stakeholder interactions and protecting the team from external distractions.

Required profile

• Servant‑leadership mindset with strong facilitation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Experience guiding Agile teams and promoting continuous improvement.
