About the role
Crowe Oman is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Audit & Assurance to lead audit engagements in Muscat. The role involves managing client relationships, supervising audit teams, and ensuring high‑quality delivery of audit services.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage external audit engagements for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Guide and supervise audit engagement teams, ensuring adherence to standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to align audit strategies with business objectives.
Required profile
- Chartered Accountant qualification through ICAI.
- 8–10 years of post‑qualification experience in external audit.
- Proven experience leading and managing audit engagements.
- Strong client relationship management and leadership abilities.
