About the role
Worley is seeking an experienced Senior Project Planner to lead planning activities across the full project lifecycle, from concept through operation, for energy and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and communicate integrated project schedules using CPM and Earned Value Management.
- Coordinate planning across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and operations.
- Identify schedule risks, propose mitigation strategies and support schedule recovery when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of project planning experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or Infrastructure.
- At least 4 years of experience leading or mentoring planning engineers.
Required skills
- Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Experience with work breakdown structures, resource loading and schedule forecasting.
