Service Sales Engineer – Elevator & Escalator AMC

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Service Sales Engineer to lead Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) sales for elevators, escalators, moving walks and related vertical transportation equipment in Oman. The role combines technical knowledge of vertical transportation systems with strong commercial acumen to grow our service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive AMC sales for elevators, escalators, moving walks and related equipment.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, tender submissions and technical/commercial proposals.
• Conduct customer presentations, pre‑bid and post‑bid meetings, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Identify new service opportunities for both OEM and non‑OEM equipment.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Ensure timely collection of AMC payments.
• Coordinate with Service Operations to resolve technical issues and improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams for post‑order execution and compliance.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6+ years relevant experience, or Diploma with 12+ years experience.
• Proven experience in service sales/AMC sales within the elevator & escalator industry.
• Hands‑on experience selling maintenance contracts for vertical transportation systems.
• Strong knowledge of elevator maintenance services, modernization opportunities and customer lifecycle management.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer relationship skills.
