Site Inspector – Roads & Infrastructure

About the role

AAW Consulting Engineers & Partners is seeking a Site Inspector to join its upcoming roads and infrastructure projects in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for on‑site inspection and monitoring to ensure that all construction activities meet the required standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections of road and infrastructure works.
• Verify that construction activities comply with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Document observations, prepare inspection reports, and communicate findings to project teams.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and supervisors to address any non‑conformities.
• Monitor progress against schedules and flag any delays or issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in site inspection, preferably on roads or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of construction site activities and standards.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
