Solution Designer (Technical Architect)

About the role

The Solution Designer (Technical Architect) bridges business requirements and technical implementation, creating scalable, secure solutions that align with enterprise architecture. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to ensure the delivered solution meets both functional and non‑functional expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑level and low‑level design specifications, including system context diagrams and data models.
• Analyze Process Definition Documents (PDD) and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and support UAT/SIT activities.
• Identify technical risks, evaluate new technologies, and ensure compliance with security and licensing policies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical guidelines, design documents, and project milestones.
• Create UML designs, detailed technical design documents (SDD), and integration plans.
• Participate in peer reviews and design authority meetings to uphold solution integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in solution design, software development, or a similar role.
