Technical Lead / Senior Supervisor – Mechanical & Civil (Facility Management)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Senior Supervisor to manage mechanical and civil maintenance activities within our Facility Management team in Muscat, Oman. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day‑to‑day mechanical and civil maintenance operations.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, pumps, firefighting systems and general building upkeep.
• Supervise civil works such as masonry, waterproofing, painting, flooring, ceilings, doors and windows.
• Coordinate electrical maintenance activities with technicians and specialists.
• Plan, schedule and monitor Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
• Ensure adherence to SLA/KPI targets, HSE requirements and statutory regulations.
• Allocate manpower, monitor work quality and lead technical teams.
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, vendors and CAFM/CMMS teams.
• Prepare technical, maintenance and performance reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP / Facility Management maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and civil maintenance works.
• Working knowledge of electrical distribution systems.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS, PPM scheduling and SLA‑driven FM contracts.
• Proven leadership, coordination and client‑facing communication abilities.
