Therapy Area Representative – Commercial Portfolio (6‑month contract)

About the role

Novartis is seeking Omani nationals to join the team as a Therapy Area Representative on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on executing in‑field tactics for priority brands, engaging healthcare professionals, and delivering compliant product promotion within the Oman market.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products in line with brand strategy and therapeutic area priorities while ensuring compliance.
• Communicate clinical evidence, product value, and appropriate use to healthcare professionals.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximise engagement impact.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and operate in full compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree.
• Solid understanding of the Oman market (preferred).
• Proven track record of successful performance in a similar role.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.

Required skills

• Ability to use digital and AI tools in daily work.
• Experience executing omnichannel stakeholder journeys.
