Unit Head - Corporate Liabilities

About the role

The Unit Head – Corporate Liabilities will lead the corporate liabilities portfolio, focusing on growth of current account and savings account (CASA) balances. The role combines deposit mobilization, client relationship management and digital banking migration to achieve business targets while maintaining high service standards and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive corporate deposit growth by onboarding new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Increase CASA balances through cash‑management solutions and tailored banking products.
• Lead the migration of corporate clients to the bank’s digital platform and promote digital adoption.
• Identify and acquire high‑value corporate customers, managing the full account opening and onboarding process.
• Cross‑sell corporate, institutional and personal banking products to maximise revenue.
• Represent the bank at industry events, monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
• Lead, coach and motivate the corporate liabilities team, set KPIs, monitor performance and conduct reviews.
• Segment the corporate client base and prioritise portfolio management activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate banking, deposit mobilisation or related financial services.
• Strong client‑relationship and acquisition skills with a focus on high‑value corporate accounts.
• Leadership experience managing a team, setting targets and driving performance.
• Excellent understanding of cash‑management, digital banking solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic initiatives.
