Waiter / Waitress – Luxury Hotel Dining

About the role

Join Tivoli LA VIE Muscat Hotel & Residences as a Waiter/Waitress and deliver premium food and beverage service in a luxury setting. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, explain daily specials and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Serve meals and beverages according to Tivoli service standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and handle complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Keep the assigned station clean, organized and fully stocked.
• Assist with room service, table clearing, resetting, and equipment maintenance.
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and HACCP procedures.
