Assistant Plant Operator

About the role

The Assistant Plant Operator supports daily plant operations by working closely with senior operators to monitor equipment, maintain production flow, and uphold safety standards in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the operation and monitoring of plant machinery.
• Support maintenance and inspection activities.
• Handle material movement and perform basic operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.

Required profile

• Technical qualification (ITI or similar) preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with a technical background may also apply.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to safety standards.
