NDT Level Technician / Plant Operator

About the role

We are seeking experienced NDT Level Technicians / Plant Operators to perform welding inspection and non‑destructive testing in an industrial oil & gas environment. The role ensures the quality and safety of welding work and supports plant operations and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and monitor NDT inspections for welding and plant equipment.
• Conduct tests using Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT) and Visual Testing (VT).
• Ensure welding quality and compliance with applicable standards.
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Monitor plant operations, support maintenance activities and enforce safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinate closely with QA/QC and operations teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Valid certifications in MT, PT, UT, RT and VT.
• Experience in welding inspection and plant operations (GCC experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of welding processes and industrial plant systems.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of welding inspection techniques.
• Ability to interpret NDT test results and standards.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication.
