Associate – Performance Management & Reporting

About the role

The Associate – Performance Management & Reporting will support financial and investment performance management through data analysis, KPI tracking, benchmarking and consolidated reporting. The role helps improve business performance by delivering analytical insights, supporting strategic planning and ensuring accurate reporting cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial and investment data to support the Manager of Performance Management & Reporting.
• Identify operational improvement areas and provide business recommendations.
• Support enhancement of the performance database and KPI tracking across the investment portfolio.
• Analyze returns, attribution and risk metrics for performance monitoring.
• Act as the focal point for internal and external auditors during periodic financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly consolidated reports detailing OIA’s performance.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, health, safety and legislative requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, processes and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• CFA qualification (or progress) highly desirable.
• 6‑8 years of relevant experience in performance management, investment reporting or financial analysis.
