Construction Supervisor – Concrete (Omani Nationals)

About the role

The Concrete Supervisor will lead the concrete construction team in Oman, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Construction Manager and clients to drive productivity and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources to maximise team productivity and meet deliverables.
• Manage quality of concrete works, ensuring compliance with project, client and regulatory standards.
• Monitor progress against contract schedules and report any issues that could affect project objectives.
• Provide weekly updates to the Construction Manager and contribute to client meetings.
• Assist in preparing monthly Project Progress Reports.

Required profile

• Technical certificate, diploma or higher qualification in construction management (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in civil/earthworks, preferably within mineral processing or related industries.
• Experience on international EPC/EPCM or client‑owned projects is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of HSE policies and procedures.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work independently while delivering high‑quality results.
