Corporate Services Officer

About the role

We are building a new financial‑markets infrastructure venture in Oman and need a proactive Corporate Services Officer to become the operational backbone of our office. You will ensure the workplace runs smoothly, present a professional environment, and support senior staff and visitors to the standards of an international financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a seamless, professional office environment.
• Receive and host visitors, ensuring a high‑standard experience.
• Book and administer staff business travel, including flights, hotels, ground transport, visas and itineraries.
• Coordinate inbound visitor logistics – transfers, accommodation and meeting schedules.
• Provide logistical support for Board and committee meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes and tracking actions.
• Procure office supplies and manage relationships with facilities providers, couriers and the corporate travel agency.
• Offer flexible support across the Corporate Services team and cover colleagues during absences.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in office management, executive assistance or corporate services.
• Customer‑facing or front‑of‑house experience with a strong hospitality instinct.
• Confident in booking and administering corporate travel, applying policy and escalating exceptions.
• Excellent organisational ability, able to manage multiple workstreams without losing detail.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a regulated financial‑services or professional‑services environment is a plus, as is experience in a small, fast‑moving, build‑stage organisation.
