Customer Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery and deployment of Mobile Radio Access Networks (RAN) for strategic customers in Oman. You will own end-to-end responsibility for complex network rollout projects, balancing contractual, financial and operational commitments while building trusted relationships with the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the project baseline – scope, schedule, resources and governance.
• Plan, execute and deploy mobile radio network projects (RAN, 5G).
• Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Track progress and manage changes, risks, conflicts and escalations.
• Lead and develop a diverse, technically skilled team.
• Coordinate internal functions such as Supply, Sourcing, Finance and Operations.
• Manage external partners and third-party service providers.
• Own project financials including forecasting, cost control, revenue recognition and margin.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, security and anti-corruption standards.
• Support pre-sales and proposal activities and continuously improve project methods and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Customer Project Manager.
• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience delivering mobile network/RAN rollout projects, including 5G.
• Strong track record in customer-facing project leadership within complex environments.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder ecosystems across customers, teams and suppliers.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
