Executive Housekeeper – Luxury Resort

About the role

Six Senses Zighy Bay is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department of this luxury wellness resort. You will uphold the brand’s commitment to sustainability, wellness, and extraordinary guest experiences while ensuring immaculate rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all housekeeping and laundry operations, guaranteeing high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Guest Services, Reservations, and F&B teams to anticipate and meet guest needs.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards.
• Drive cost‑focused initiatives through staff training, budgeting, and resource optimisation.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff throughout the resort.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management or Business Management.
• Minimum five years of senior housekeeping experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proven track record of leading large housekeeping teams and delivering brand‑standard service.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working in remote or resort locations is preferred.
