Senior Reservation Agent

About the role

The Senior Reservation Agent will support Six Senses Zighy Bay in delivering its vision of emotional hospitality, sustainability and wellness. You will manage the full reservation lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, guest satisfaction and alignment with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily reports for the Reservation, Operations, Sales & Marketing departments.
• Process new reservations, updates, cancellations, advance deposits and respond to inbox emails within 24 hours.
• Generate and analyse reports such as No‑Shows, ORS comments and commissions.
• Assist with room allocation, special requests, hard blocks and rate determination.
• Contact guests or travel agents to clarify preferences or discrepancies before arrival.
• Track future room availability and maintain the internet reservation system in coordination with hosts.
• Maintain guest history and profile data with complete and accurate information.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards and performance benchmarks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year experience in a luxury hotel reservation environment.
• Hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in remote or isolated locations is a plus.
