General Manager – Ultra Luxury Resort

About the role

As General Manager of Six Senses Zighy Bay, you will lead an ultra‑luxury resort in Oman, embodying the brand’s vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the environment. You will safeguard sustainability, wellness and unique experiences through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall operations and position the resort as a benchmark ultra‑luxury destination in the Middle East.
• Deliver highly personalized, villa‑based guest experiences that exceed brand standards.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture, attracting and retaining talent in a remote location.
• Ensure alignment with Six Senses operational standards and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Drive revenue through premium ADR strategies, wellness offerings and cost‑discipline.
• Oversee sales, marketing and PR strategy to strengthen brand positioning in GCC and international markets.
• Manage operational complexity across villas, dining, wellness and logistics.
• Champion sustainability and regenerative practices, embedding them in daily operations.
• Maintain compliance with legal, financial, health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong relationships with ownership and key stakeholders while respecting Omani traditions and Islamic culture.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of revenue growth.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in remote, culturally sensitive environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commitment to sustainability, wellness and responsible tourism.
