Electrical Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Supervisor will uphold Six Senses’ vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the environment, while ensuring the resort’s sustainability, wellness and unique experience pillars are integrated into all electrical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in training, supervising, scheduling and motivating engineering hosts.
• Plan and implement procedures, systems and controls for an efficient engineering department.
• Compile monthly consumption reports covering electricity, gas, steam and water.
• Monitor host activity, productivity and utilization rates, adjusting resources as needed.
• Notify the Engineering Manager of any downtime or delays.
• Manage daily duties and job assignments for the electrical team.
• Maintain clean and safe working areas, using personal protective equipment.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards and guest service expectations.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural teams and lead staff.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to live in a remote location for extended periods and travel as required.

• LV (low‑voltage) system troubleshooting.
• HV (high‑voltage) system troubleshooting.
• Electrical equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
