Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury

About the role

The Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury will lead all corporate finance, treasury, and funding activities, ensuring the company has the liquidity and capital structure needed to support growth and project development. Reporting to the CFO, this senior position shapes financial strategy, manages relationships with lenders and investors, and oversees risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate finance, treasury, and funding functions across the organization.
• Structure and negotiate project financing arrangements and maintain lender relationships.
• Oversee liquidity management, cash‑flow forecasting, and compliance with loan covenants.
• Develop and maintain financial models for project financing and strategic planning.
• Manage bank relationships, debt drawdowns, servicing, and financing documentation.
• Monitor and mitigate foreign‑exchange exposure and broader financial risks.
• Support the CFO in capital‑structure optimisation and long‑term financial planning.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury or project finance.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a similar senior role.
