About the role
Join OMNI, Oman’s leading BPO provider, as a Junior Customer Service Agent fluent in Hindi. This entry‑level position offers comprehensive training and the chance to develop your skills in inbound and outbound communications for top GCC brands.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat interactions.
- Conduct outbound telesales campaigns to support client growth.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet targets and exceed expectations.
Required profile
- Fluency in English, Arabic (written and verbal), and Hindi (verbal).
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Fresh graduates preferred; no prior experience required.
